McDonald's in Heinsberg

Mc Donald stop ... only Drive Inn! Unfortunately nothing sharp to choose from. But you can eat the MC Rib again. Finally a good souce again ?

I always liked going there, but last Friday it was a disaster. Driven just 3 car lengths forward in half an hour. Operation was only at a snail's pace. More like a slow food restaurant.

Actually quite good, but the sellers are sometimes a bit rude. The technology for e.g. card payments is a bit out of date. But the taste is great

Quick service even though the McDrive was relatively full.

Again we had cold burgers. The food was cold. Crazy Fries were all broken. Not a whole one was in there. We complained several times and nothing happened. McDonald’s Heinsberg has done for us.

The service was not really friendly. The guy pointed out the corona rules to the guests who came in after me, so unfriendly ?. If he had spoken to me like that, I would have left the shop immediately!

Very quick and nice service. Only the man at the drive in was unfortunately very difficult to understand ?

As always nice and friendly only the burgers and fries could be hotter. Well, old problem

Since its renovation it's quite a good and modern place in Heinsberg and a good place to grab a quick bite too.

Looks cold and impersonal now. It used to be much nicer and more comfortable with the McCafe.

Except for two wrong orders (burger with the wrong topping and the wrong size french fries) at drive In, quite passable.

We were in the Mc Drive and because the line of cars was very long, we were there very quickly! Our food was complete, fresh, tasty and hot !! My personal recommendation is the vegan burger! Gladly again! See photos! Do you like my report? Then I would be very happy about a useful one ;-)

You can really forget the McDrive. Once again, half was missing. A little tip: check what you have ordered and what is really in the bag BEFORE you go on.

He gave the wrong product 1.Apfeltasche didn't forgot wanted. He gave when I told him. 2.I said the beverages should not be icy, how many times they came back with ice, and I changed it. I think even this score is high.

All very friendly, unfortunately order not quite correctly executed. Well to complain too late when you are at home. ?‍♀️ But otherwise everything is great??

Were served very cheeky! Someone was sitting on our table (number) and we just sat opposite. Then we were told that we were sitting in the wrong place and that we were assigned a completely muddled table. The citizens were very dry and quickly and listlessly given up! In addition, the ice was almost melted (McSundae)

Very nice staff but something is always missing when ordering. Sometimes the sauce is missing, then a french fries are missing, I think that's not possible. Better to look again;)

After raining if you wanna eat outside or your kids play you will find the water still on the tables and chairs even if it's stop raining from a long time . The automated orders is good prevent the time lose. And the 3 hours wireless Internet is good

Good food and very nice stuf

Never Again!. The burger is slapt or thrown in the box. More sauce on the cardboard then on the burger. The staff never heard of service. Wrong present with the happy meal and wrong desert. Never again returning to this place. Warning! Stay away!!!

Expensive

Been through the drive-in 4 times now. Everytime the fries are thrown around in the back. Only 4 remains in the cardboard tray. So frustrating!

Cleanest mcdonalds I've ever eaten. Very friendly employees. Food is very good, not difficult to redo if you want something extra or want to change something in the menu. The only downside is that on certain tables in corners and on the terrace there are often loitering youths who have not even ordered food but just hang out. Personally not bothered by ... but something can be done by the manager / employees. Furthermore, always ask for the receipt because you will not always get it. At the bottom of the coupon is a code that allows you to get a free small drink for your review online. Top location to eat ?
